3.13 – GetBottom Step

The GetBottom step allows the user to detect and record, in a file, the level of the

bottoms of selected wells in a microplate located at one of the SOLO’s six plate

nests. The user begins by selecting the plate nest (and its type of plate) where the

microplate being measured will be located. Next, using the “Browse…” button

depicted in this step’s display (below), the user selects the location and name of

the file where the well bottom data will be saved.
