To Return to Autofocus Mode
Set FOCUS to AUTO. The © indicator in the viewfinder disappears.

Shooting in relatively dark places
Shoot at wide-angle after focusing in the telephoto position.

Note on the focus dial
The focus dial does not have a stop position.

To Shoot with Autofocus Momentarily
VVhen you want to switch to autofocus momentarily while recording in manual focus mode, push
FOCUS down to PUSH AUTO. Autofocus functions while FOCUS is held down. When it is released,

manual focus mode will be resumed.

Releasing the STEADY SHOT Function

- For the Model with the STEADY SHOT Switch (CCD-TR600 only)

Vhen you shoot, the 'O’ indicator appears in the viewfinder. This indicates that the Steady shot
unction is working and the camcorder compensates for camera-shake.

{ou can release the Steady shot function when you do not need to use the Steady shot function. Do not
ise the Steady shot function when shooting a stationary object with a tripod.
