Using as a Telephone Answering Machine

Recording Your Greeting (OGM)

Example of OGM

To receive the incoming message:

“Hello, I’m unable to answer your call right
now. Please leave your name, number
and message after the beep tone.“

For announce only:

“Hello, I’m unable to answer your call right

now. Please call again. Thank you.”

You must record your outgoing message

(OGM) first in order to use the telephone
answering function. The outgoing message

is recorded on an 1C chip (not the

microcassette). This feature allows the
microcassette to record just the incoming
messages, minimizing the operational delay

due to tape movement, and tape wear.

Make sure that the microcassette tape is
installed. (See page 17.)
