Turn the power on.
A beep will sound once and the PAPER OUT indi
cator will flash. This indicates that there is no paper
installed in the printer.

Adjust the printhead gap lever for
the thickness of paper you are
using.

Set the paper feed selector to the
“0 PULL” position.
The display briefly shows “TRACTOR/PULL”.

Fold the smoked plastic cover for
ward by lifting tab on right side.
