Basic Use
Removing a Cut Sheet Jam
Follow the procedure below to remove a cut sheet jam that
occurs during printing.

Press and hold the Power button for over 1
second or more until the Online lamp goes
off, release the button, then switch the printer
off.

Open the top cover. If the carriage is not
parked, move the carriage to the left edge or
right edge.
Important
z Do not touch any areas other than those indicated.
Your hands could get dirty or this could damage the
printer.

Lift the release lever.

If the sheet is visible, pull the jammed sheet
forward gently.
