Cycling Windows

Cycling windows automatically takes all open windows and arranges them in a cascading
fashion as explained above. And then, using the cycle windows icon, allows the operator to
quickly switch between all cascaded windows.

To cycle between all open windows, click on the Window

Cycle pull-down menu

option or click on the

icon on the tool bar. The individual database windows will be

organized as shown in Figure 166 and each click on the

icon will switch to the next

open window.

Retrieving the Software Revision and Logged Operator

At times it is necessary to verify the revision of the Doors software and to verify which
operator is logged on the program.

To determine which version of Doors software is installed on the host computer and
which operator is logged into the Doors program, click on the Help ‰ About pull-down
menu. A window similar to Figure 167 will appear.

Displayed in this window is the software revision (2.10 for this example) and the current
operator (Sys Supervisor).
