- Close the manual gas ballast valve.
- Close inlet and outlet ports (e.g., with transport caps or
blind flanges).
- Store the pump under dry conditions.

If necessary, carry out oil change and maintenance pri-
or to use if the pump has been stored for longer than
one year.
Attention: When transporting a pump containing oil, take
great care not to tilt the pump to an angle that would al-
low oil to make its way into the filter element. Drain oil if
necessary.
