Board Removal

1.

Perform top cover removal procedure as described previously.

2.

Disconnect the array from the SCSI bus. Remove terminator (if used).

3.

Remove jack screws for SCSI cables and disconnect all power, drive,
and display cables connected to the controller board.

4.

Remove the screw at the center of the controller board. Slide the
controller board forward slightly to align the mounting bosses with the
enlarged portion of the board’s mounting keyholes. Then carefully lift
the controller board out of the array enclosure.

Replacement

Reverse the steps above.
