Cleaning the Sump Filter Screen
If debris accumulates on the filter screen that is located in the washer sump, you
can remove and clean the screen. To clean the sump filter screen, refer to the
figure below and follow the instructions below.
To clean the sump filter screen:
1.
Open the washer door and remove the bottom rack.
2.
Remove the screw that retains the filter screen.
3.
Carefully lift the screen and pull forward, using care not to drop debris into
the sump.
