Pickup calls when in other apps
When you are playing music or games, or working in an app, if you recieve an incoming
call on the Social Network like Hookflash, Skype or FaceTime, you will recieve a
notification on the screen. If touch the notification, your current app will move to the
background and the Social Networking app will come to the foreground so you can take
the call.
Some apps on the iPad, including the Music app, are smart enough to reduce their volume
so that you can hear the incoming ringtone of the caller.
If you find that you cannot hear the caller when you pickup the handset, verify that you
have the Audio System Control set properly. By default,
the Commander Enable is set to
Off and the Audio System Control selection is iPad App (see below).
