Remserve mode allows access to the Séance’s disk via the debug port on the rear
panel and a COM port on the PC. You need a ’NULL MODEM’ cable to establish com-
munications.

Remote mode allows access to DOS on the Séance box via the debug port on the
rear panel and a COM port on the PC. You need a ’NULL MODEM’ cable and a ter-
minal emulation program to establish communications.

Figure 3-2 shows a block diagram of the screens available in the séance program.
There are four screen types in the Séance program, each selectable from the main
menu. They are the option screens, error screens, status screens and version
screens.
