Error Messages

Full list of error messages:

Alarm type: This kind of message must be acknowledged by the user pressing any key

before any other command.

Message type: This type of message hasn't to be acknowledged. It's cleared as soon as the

problem which originated it is resolved.

Note: Don't take in account the messages which may appear in the first seconds after a reset.

AUDIO ROUTING ERROR

Alarm

Switching from a two tracks confi-guration
to four tracks or inversely, the previously
selected audio rou-ting is invalidated and
replaced by the default option, i.e. STEREO
in two tracks and FOUR TRACKS DIRECT
in four tracks.
Acknowledge the alarm and change the
audio routing if needed.

BAD EXT FREQ

BAD SYNC CHOICE

Message

There is an incompatibility between
Stelladat II's configuration at 96 kHz and an
external sync refe-rence at 44.1 kHz
(AES/EBU or wordclock).
Change Stelladat II's configuration.

BAT LO

Message

The battery has reached its minimal charge
level: replace it without delay

BATT NOT SELECTED

Message

If the recorder is powered with a battery its
recommended for a longer lasting of the
battery itself to inform Stelladat II of the
type of battery used, so that it can choose
the best adapted power mana-ging
program.

BLANK DETECTED

Alarm

This alarm informs that the tape section
after the current location is not format-ted.
(In BLANK SEARCH ON only)

DOWN 1 SELECTED

Alarm

By Stelladat II's power on only. Reminds
that the sampling frequency is altered
according to the needs of NTSC video.
