Result Codes:

ERROR

Connection does not exist.

CONNECT

Successful return to on-line mode.

Q - Quiet Mode
The ATQ command controls whether result codes are sent to the host computer. If this command is
selected, the V and X commands may further modify the result codes.
Format:

ATQ0

Modem sends responses to host computer.

ATQ1

Modem does not send responses to host.

Result codes:

OK

If ATQ0 is selected.

<nothing>

If ATQ1 is selected.

ERROR

Invalid argument.

S - Select Register
The ATS command selects a register for interrogation or modification in the current active profile.
Additional reads or writes to the register are accomplished with the ? or = commands, respectively.
The register remains selected until the next S command is given. The complete set of S register
commands is provided in Appendix B.
Format:

ATSn

Select register <n>.

Result Codes:

OK

Valid register selected.

ERROR

Unsupported register.

? - Read Selected Register
The ATS? command returns the value of the selected register specified by the S command.
Format:

ATSn?

Read value of register <n>.

AT?

Read value of last selected register.

ATS?

Read value of register 0.

Result codes:

Depends on S register contents. Numbers are in decimal format.

= - Write Selected Register
This command alters the value in the currently selected S register. The format of the parameter is
numeric or text, depending on the register being modified. Numeric values are specified in decimal.
If the S register is a text register, this command must be last on the command line.
Format:

ATS0=n

Set register 0 to <n>.
