S63 Enable the detect function or Listening time.
To avoid the packet collision situation in the transparent mode, each unit will
listen/monitor the traffic on the air. The data transmission process will be
executed if there is no traffic on the air for a defined period time. Otherwise
the transmission process will be on hold and the monitoring function will re-
instated after a random time. The required clear air time can be defined in
register 63. You can use this register only for transparent mode.
Disable = 0
Range : 0-10 ( 1/100 second )
Default : 3 ( 0.03 second )
