Motor Setting

Satellite
Select the desired satellite to set up your motor-driven
antenna. Note: If no satellites appear at this point, you can
add them from the Satellite List menu.

Transponder
To find the satellite you can also choose a preset
transponder.
Note: You can omit the following steps if you are using a
USALS motor. The satellite positions will be saved
automatically.

Position No.&Save
Assign a position number for each satellite. Important: Once
the satellite has been set up successfully, you must confirm
the number by pressing OK (34) at this point.

Go to X
To make the search for any more satellites easier, you can
directly move to positions that have been saved in the list.
The "Reference" value represents the centre position and
should be orientated to the South.

West/East
Press the

W or X navigation buttons (23) to move the

antenna to the West or to the East. Please always monitor
the signal level indicators. Note: If no signal level is indicated
during search, please select a different transponder.

Recalculation
Calculates the internal counter for the different satellite
positions based on the centre position reference value
(South). It is possible that deviation occurs during long-term
use by rotating, mechanical tolerances, and external factors
(wind).

Signal Level Indicators
Signal Intensity
The Signal Intensity indicator shows the total input signal
strength.
Signal Quality
The signal quality is an indicator of interference-free
reception. Orientate your antenna so that the Signal Intensity
and Signal Quality reach their maximum.

Limit setup

You can limit the rotation angle of your antenna to protect it
against any damage from obstacles. Under Limit setup
select the desired direction (West or East). The following
setting will define the maximum rotation angle of your
antenna. To rotate, press the

W or X (23) navigation

buttons. Press the OK button (34) to confirm both limits in
sequence. To move the antenna back to the centre position,
select "Go to Reference" and press the OK button (34) to
