Beeper

The beeper is helpful when orientating the antenna to a
satellite, The higher the sound, the stronger the signal
intensity is. You can listen to the beeper by selecting "On"
and opening the Antenna Setup menu. To disable the
beeper, select “Off”.

Auto Standby

This function powers the device off automatically if it has
been accidentally left on. If set to "On", the satellite receiver
will power off automatically after approx. 3 hours if no input
has been made via the remote control or via the buttons on
the device. Select “Off” to disable the auto power-off
function.

Sleep Timer

The device goes into standby automatically after the set
time. The following settings are available:
Off • 10 min • 30 min • 60 min • 90 min • 120 min.

Tools

The Tools section contains lots of helpful information and
functions to keep your satellite receiver up-to-date.

Information

Shows information about the software version of your
satellite receiver. You will need this information when
contacting Technical Support.

Factory Setting

This function lets you restore the factory default settings of
your device. Warning: This will erase all changed values and
stored channels that have been modified after the first-time
setup.

S/W Upgrade by OTA

The most up-to-date software can be obtained (as soon as
available) via the ASTRA (19.2° East) satellite. If necessary,
you can check if any software update is available. Press the
S or T navigation buttons (23) to select "Start" and then
press the OK button (34). Searching and loading may take
several minutes. Please do not change these settings,
unless you are instructed to do so by our Customer Service.
