4. Remove any jammed paper.
5. Lift, push back, and close the duplex door.
6. Insert the output tray.
7. Insert Tray 1 back into the printer.
To clear a paper jam from the rear of the printer
1. Turn to the rear of the printer.
2. Press the two tabs on the rear access door and open the door.
3. Remove any jammed paper.
