Operation

• Turn unit on
• Select COMBINATION mode and select CR

• Preheat until set temperature is reached

or “warm-up” control light goes out

• Load mobile oven rack, place or roll into cabinet

Setting

• Select Rethermalizing TEMPERATURE

• Select TIMER and set desired cooking time OR select

PROBE COOKING and set desired probe “done”
temperature OR select continuous operation

Operation

• Set on RETHERMALIZING mode,

activate TIMER and set on CR

• Preheat until set temperature is reached

or “warm-up” control light goes out

• Load mobile oven rack, place or roll into cabinet

• Set Rethermalizing TEMPERATURE

Generally between 280°F (140°C) and 320°F (160°C)

• Set desired cooking TIME and activate timer OR set on

continuous operation OR set desired probe “done”
temperature and activate PROBE COOKING

• Set TIMER on Continuous Run

• PREHEAT to the selected mode temperature

• Load mobile oven rack, place or roll into cabinet

• Set on RETHERMALIZING mode, set TIMER on CR

• Preheat until set temperature is reached

or “warm-up” control light goes out

• Load mobile oven rack, place or roll into cabinet

• Set Rethermalizing TEMPERATURE

REHEATING is possible in any of the three operating
modes – STEAM, CONVECTION, COMBINATION
