3) Defective FAX FORWARD/RECEIVE
Description: FAX FORWARD/RECEIVE is not functioning.
1. Check that you can
hear a dial tone by pressing OHD.
If MODEM testing is normal and
there is no dial tone, then try
replacing the Main B'd.
2. Check that you can
hear a RECEIVE tone when MODEM
testing in TECH Mode.
If testing the MODEM shows a
fault replace the Main B'd.
