Type plate
Before contacting
the service division,
you should find out whether the fault is
anything you can take care of yourself. See
the chapters “Troubleshooting” and “Care
and cleaning”. If you do need to contact
the service division after all, make sure you
know the model designation, type designa-
tion and serial number.
The model designation can be found in the
stamped hole on the first page of the Use &
Care. Type designation and serial number
can be found on the type plate.
