DISPLAY SELECTIONS/DESCRIPTION

SELECT AGC ALARM MASK:

ACTIVE MASKED(PRESS ENT)

ACTIVE - If the user selects ACTIVE, then a
Receive Traffic fault will be generated whenever the
demodulator senses that the composite input level
being applied will cause compression in the IF
stages, and hence degrade the performance of the
demodulator.

MASKED - If the user selects MASKED, no alarm
will be generated.

DISPLAY SELECTIONS/DESCRIPTION

SELECT Eb/No ALARM MASK:

ACTIVE MASKED(PRESS ENT)

ACTIVE - If the user selects ACTIVE, then a
Receive Traffic fault will be generated whenever the
demodulator determines that the Eb/No of the
received carrier has fallen below the threshold
defined under CONFIG, RX, Eb/No.

MASKED – If the user selects MASKED, no alram
will be generated.

SEL RX-AIS ALARM MASK:

ACTIVE MASKED(PRESS ENT)

ACTIVE - If the user selects ACTIVE, then a

demodulator senses that the ‘all ones’ condition is
present in the receive data.

MASKED - If the user selects MASKED, no alarm
will be generated.
