Licenses
All DS6000 Series machines must have an Operating Environment License or OEL for the
total storage installed, as calculated in decimal TB. Licenses are also required for use of
Copy Services functions.
Each function is enabled for a DS6000 system by acquiring licences for specific feature
numbers, as listed in Table C-1.
