YYYY (number) Requested block sequence number starting with block 0.
RRRR (number) Host defined reference field returned with the response.
WW 00 Binary data

ZZ (number) Segment number corresponding to the segment contained
in the data field.
DD (number) Data byte
MMMM bit map Upload segment configuration that is present only when
XX = 0. A value of 1 means that the segment is included
in the upload.
OOOO (number) Time-out value in seconds (all zeros denote the default
value of two minutes)
