Accessing the Drive Bays

SATA/SCSI Drives: Because of their hotswap capability, you do not need to access

the inside of the chassis or power down the system to install or replace SATA or

SCSI drives. Proceed to the next sextion for instructions.

DVD-ROM/Floppy Disk Drives: For installing/removing a DVD-ROM or fl oppy disk

drive, you will need to gain access to the inside of the 6015B-T+/6015B-8+ by re-

moving the top cover of the chassis. Proceed to the "DVD-ROM and Floppy Drive

Installation" section later in this chapter for instructions.

Note: Only "slim" DVD-ROM and fl oppy drives will fi t into the 6015B-T+/6015B-

8+.
