Press ESC key to stop.

Press ENTER key.
After “ PLEASE WAIT...” appears,
<CH SETTING> screen appears.
When “ PLEASE WAIT...” appears, do not
switch OFF. Doing so may break stored data.
15.
Press ESC key twice to return
to measurement screen.
