Danger of poisoning ಘExhaust gases are poisonous and can result in
unconsciousness and/or death.
ದ When running the engine, always make sure there is sufficient ventilation,
and do not start or run the engine in a closed space.
ದ Start the engine and let it run idle. Move the handlebar to and fro over the entire steer-
ing range.
The idle speed must not change.
» If the idle speed changes:
ದ Adjust the play in the gas Bowden cable. b

ದ Loosen the lock nut b  .
ದ Adjust the play in the gas Bowden cable by turning the adjusting screw b  .
Specification
Play in gas Bowden cable 3… 5 bmm (0.12… 0.2bin)
ದ Tighten the lock nut b  .
