■ Jam at A
# Open the left side door corresponding to the selected media
tray.
$ Remove the jammed media.
% Close the left side door.

OR

# Remove the media tray.
$ Remove the jammed media from inside the printer.
% Reinsert the media tray.
& Open and close the front door to clear the error message from
the LCD.
