# Open the lower left side door.
$ Remove the jammed media.
% Close the lower left side door.

OR

# Remove the selected media tray (middle or lower media tray).
$ Remove the jammed media from inside the printer.
% Reinsert the media tray.
& Open and close the front door to clear the error message from
the LCD
