Chapter 4. Creating sounds — advanced section

COSM AMP settings

Here’s how to make COSM Amp settings. Adjust these settings until you get the sound you want.

1.

Press [COSM AMP].

Press [F1] (ON/OFF) to switch COSM AMP on or off.

* You can also switch this on or off by turning [VALUE].

Press [F4] (TYPE), and use [VALUE] to select the COSM

AMP type.

Press [PAGE

].

* Each time you press [PAGE

], you will proceed to the

screen containing the next group of parameters. You can also
move to the next group of parameters by pressing [COSM
AMP].

5.

Press [F1]–[F6] for the parameter that you wish to adjust,

and use [VALUE] to select the desired value for the
parameter.

Adjust the parameter settings until you achieve the

sound you desire.

7.

When you are finished making settings, perform the

Write operation (p. 25) if you wish to save your newly
created sound.

* If you do not wish to save your sound, press [EXIT] to return

to Play page.

EFFECTS settings

Here’s how to make effect settings. You can adjust these settings as necessary to get the sound you want.

1.

Press [EFFECTS].

Use [F1]–[F3] to turn each effect on or off.

* Each time you press [PAGE

], you will proceed to the

screen containing the next group of parameters. You can also
press [EFFECT] to proceed to the next group of parameters.

Turn [VALUE] to select either “ON/OFF” or “PRESET.”

4.

Use [F4]–[F6] to select the effect that you wish to adjust.

5.

Press [F1]–[F6] for the parameter that you wish to adjust,

and turn [VALUE] to select the desired value for the
parameter.

6.

Adjust the parameter settings until you achieve the

sound you want.

7.

When you are finished making settings, perform the

Write operation (p. 25) if you wish to save your newly
created sound.

* If you do not wish to save your sound, press [EXIT] to return

to Play page.
