7. Press [F5] (MAX), and turn [VALUE] to specify the
maximum value.
8. Press [F3] (SOURCE), and turn [VALUE] to select the
desired source.
9. Press [F6] (MODE), and turn [VALUE] to select the
mode.
10. Press [PAGE ] to move to Page 2.

11. Press [F1], and turn [VALUE] to specify the ACTIVE
RANGE LO value.
* If you press [F4] (LO SET), the source current value will be set.
12. Press [F2], and turn [VALUE] to specify the ACTIVE
RANGE HI value.
* If you press [F5] (HI SET), the source current value will be set.
13. When you have finished making settings, perform the
Write operation (p. 25) if you wish to save them.
* If you do not wish to save the settings, press [EXIT] to return
to Play page.
* Perform the same procedure to make settings for Assign 2–8.
Active Range: Control value range
If a continuously variable controller such as an Expression
pedal has been selected as the control source, you can specify
the range of values which will affect the target parameter.
The value of the target parameter will not be affected by
controller movements outside this specified range, but will
remain at the “Maximum” or “Minimum” value.

* If you are using an on/off control source such as a foot switch,
leave this setting at “LO: 0”, “HI: 127”. Other settings may
result in the value not changing.
Exchanging the connection order of the internal multi-effect
and the COSM GUITAR/COSM AMP
1. Press [NAME/CHAIN].

2. Press [F5] (CHAIN).

3. Use [CURSOR] to select the effect that you wish to move.
4. Turn [VALUE] to move the effect.
5. When you are finished making settings, perform the
Write operation (p. 25) if you wish to save them.
* If you do not wish to save the settings, press [EXIT] to return
to Play page.
