The Service Code or SC number
identifies the failure.
Call service.
Tell the SC number.
Self Test

The printer has encountered an error
during the diagnostic procedure.
Call service.
Tell the SC number.
SIMM MEMORY Err
SIMM 1(2)
An error occurred reading from or
writing to a DRAM SIMM.
Remove and reset the SIMM.
Remove and replace the SIMM.
