When reformatting finishes the

reopens.
To cancel reformatting, press the

key instead
of the
F3 (
YES
)
key.
Initializing SD cards
If you want to use an SD card that was used with
this unit, we recommend that you initialize it.
When you initialize an SD card, the entire card is
formatted as FAT32.
1 With the transport stopped and the Home Screen
open, press the
MENU
key to open the
MENU
screen.
2 Turn the
DATA
wheel to select
CARD
, and press the
F4
(¥) key to open the
CARD
menu screen.
3 Turn the
DATA
wheel to select the
SD INITIALIZE
item and press the
F4
(¥) key.
A pop-up message warning that all data on the
card will be erased appears.
4 Press the
F3 (
YES
)
key to initialize the entire card
and format it as FAT32.
To cancel initialization, press the
•
F4 (
NO
)
key instead
of the
F3 (
YES
)
key.
