This section contains the software license statement and regulatory declarations for
the Vanguard 650 Series of products.

Homologation The following CE markings and German federal approvals presently apply to the
Vanguard 650 Series of products. French DRG approval is pending and will soon be
supported.

TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. BREAKING THE SEAL ON THIS DISK KIT /
CDROM, OR USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOU ACCEPT THE
TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
THESE TERMS, PLEASE RETURN THE SOFTWARE TO THE PLACE OF
PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND.
Grant of License: Subject to the following terms and conditions, Vanguard
Managed Solutions, through its Information Systems Group, grants to you a non-
exclusive license to use the Software on the individual equipment for which we have
licensed its use and have paid the associated license fees. You may make a copy of
the Software, but only for backup, archival, or disaster recovery purposes. You may
modify any machine-readable portion of the Software for your own use. On any copy
you make of the Software, you must reproduce and include the copyright or other
proprietary rights notice contained on the copy we have furnished you of the
Software.
Ownership: We (or our supplier) retain all title, ownership and intellectual property
rights to the Software and any copies, including translations, compilations, partial
copies and portions of updated works. The Software is our (or our supplier's)
confidential proprietary information. You agree not to disclose it or make it available
to anyone without our written authorization. You will exercise no less than
reasonable care to protect the Software from unauthorized disclosure. You agree not
to disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Software.
Term and Termination: This license shall continue from the date you open the
sealed package until terminated. Your license will be subject to termination if you
fail to pay us the license fee or breach any of your other obligations under this
Agreement. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying the Software
and all copies in any form.
Charges and Payment: You will pay us our then current license fee for the
Software, and all sales, use, excise and other taxes on the Software (except those on
our net income). All charges will be due within 30 days of the date of our invoice.
You shall pay all amounts you owe us under this License.
