If the Software is procured for use by any U.S. Government entity other than the
Department of Defense, the following notice applies:
NOTICE
Notwithstanding any other lease or license agreement that may pertain to, or
accompany the delivery of, this computer software, the rights of the Government
regarding its use, reproduction and disclosure are as set forth in FAR 52.227-19(C).

General: Massachusetts law governs this license. This license represents the entire
agreement between us regarding this subject and the Software we are to license you
under it, and supersedes all previous oral or written communications between us
regarding the subject except the license terms of an executed Master Agreement
between us. It may not be modified or waived except in writing and signed by an
officer or other authorized representative of each party. If any provision is held
invalid, all other provisions shall remain valid, unless such invalidity would frustrate
the purpose of our agreement.
