• Put liquids in the jar first, unless a recipe states otherwise.
• Do not remove the lid while blender is in use. Remove the feeder cap to add smaller
ingredients while blender is running.
• Cut all firm fruits and vegetables, cooked meats, fish and seafood into pieces. Cut all kinds
