Select the value that matches the one used by the

host.

Default: 9600

Choices: 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600,

19200, 28800, or 38400

DATA BITS

required)

Select the value that matches the one used by the

host. (Must be set to 8 data bits to use Code Page 850.)

Default: 8 bits/character

Choices: 7 bits/character or 8 bits/character

NOTE: The printer requires one (1) stop bit

minimum on received data and

automatically supplies two (2) stop bits

for transmitted data.

PARITY

(password

required)

Select the value that matches the one used by the

host.

Default: None

Choices: Even, Odd, None

HOST HANDSHAKE

(password

required)

Select the value that matches the one used by the

host.

Default: XON/XOFF

Choices: XON/XOFF or DTR/DSR

PROTOCOL

required)

Default: None

Choices: None, Ack-Nak, Zebra

NOTE: Zebra Protocol is the same as ACK/NAK

except that with Zebra the response

messages are sequenced. If Ack-Nak or

Zebra is selected, then “DTR/DSR” Host

Handshake must be selected.
