b. Auto exercise timer (E.TMR)

The timer is activated automatically whenever the pulse signal is
received. It keeps track of the total exercise time as long as you are
wearing the belt and switch to pulse mode

• Set the watch to Heart mode with button A.
• Press button B to enter the timer mode (E.TMR).

• Press button C to read timer for the various zones.

To reset data:
While in the same mode, hold button C until data is cleared.

which your heart beats when exploiting your physical performance
