• Moisten the transmitter’s conductive pads with saliva or ECG gel

(available at your local chemist's) in order to ensure a good
contact with the skin at all times.

• Position the transmitter belt upward as shown in figure 4.

8. Watch: buttons

The four buttons on the watch have the following functions:

Mode

Toggles between Clock and Heart mode.

Select

In Heart mode: selects features:
TMR/SW/MEM/ZN/CAL/FAT
In Clock mode: enters Alarm mode
In Setting mode: changes digits.

C

Set

In Heart mode: hold to clear data or enter
setting mode.
In clock mode: hold to enter setting mode or
press to confirm a setting.

D

Light

Press to turn on the back light.
