To reset data:
While in the same mode, hold button C until data is cleared.

Immediately after training (while wearing
the belt):
• Set the watch to Heart mode with

button A.

• Press button B until FITNESS LEVEL

appears on the display.

• Press button C to start a 5 minute

countdown.
Your heart rate and fitness level will be
displayed after the countdown (=
recovery phase)
