4. Assembly

Installing the Motor (Not Provided)
A. Attach the motor to the motor mount plate using appropriate bolts, lock washers, and hex nuts.
(See Chart below.)
B. Install pulley onto motor shaft making sure that it is aligned with the flight pulley. It may be
necessary to move spacers to gain shaft alignment. (See Figure 4P.)

Installing the Belts
A. Place the belts onto the pulleys.
B. First screw the lower motor mount adjustment nut upward, raising the motor mount plate and
putting tension on the belts.
C. Once the desired tension is reached, tighten the upper motor mount adjustment nut down onto the
motor mount plate locking it into place.
