2) CPU External Frequency Selection (FSW Switches 1–5)

This option tells the clock generator what frequency to send to the CPU, DRAM,
and the PCI and AGP buses. This allows the selection of the CPU’s External
frequency (or BUS Clock). The BUS Clock multiplied by the Frequency Multiple
equals the CPU’s Internal frequency (the advertised CPU speed).

3) Clear RTC RAM (CLRTC)

These two solder points allow you to clear the RTC RAM in CMOS. You can
clear the CMOS memory of date, time, and system setup parameters by erasing
the CMOS Real Time Clock (RTC) RAM. The RAM data that include system
setup information, such as system passwords, is powered by the onboard button
cell battery.
To erase the RTC RAM: (1) Unplug your computer, (2) Short the solder points,
(3) Turn ON your computer, (4) Hold down the <Del> key during bootup and
enter BIOS setup to re-enter user preferences.
