Status Messages

Status messages are generated automatically and

appear in the bottom line of the display as shown.

A. The first part of the status line indicates

where the stop/start command originates.

B. The center part of the status line indicates

where the speed control originates.

C. The last part of the status line gives the

present drive status.

The table below defines the status massage display

words.

Off

The drive does not react to any control signal until Auto On or Hand On is pressed.

Auto On

The drive is controlled via the control terminals and/or the serial communication.

Hand On

The drive can be controlled by up and down arrows on the LCP keypad. S

commands, alarm resets,

reversing

, DC brake, and other signals can be applied to

the control terminals that override local control.

Remote

The speed reference is given via internal preset references and/or external signals
(analog or digital) or via serial communication.

Local

The drive uses the reference values set via the LCP. For further information, please
examine parameter 3-13.

AC Brake

AC Brake was selected in parameter 2-10

Brake Function

. The motor is slowed

down via the active down ramp and feeds the drive with generative energy. The AC
brake over-magnetizes the motor to achieve a controlled end of the active ramp.

AMA finish OK

Automatic motor adaptation (AMA) was carried out successfully.

AMA ready

Automatic motor adaptation (AMA) is ready to start. Press Hand On on the LCP to start.
