Input number 1 into operand 1.
Press the Return Key, and select the F4 Key (Wrt).
Press the ESC Key, and display the Step No. 4 Screen.
Either input the number 3 or select the F2 (Dec) Key, and
press the Return Key. Verify that Step 3 step number is
changed from 9 to 10 in the TAG Command Screen.
