Viewing NAT status
Use the Status tab to review the NAT translations configured thus far for the switch. The Status tab
displays the inside and outside local and global IP addresses.
To view and configure a NAT interface:
1. Select Security > NAT from the main menu tree.
2. Click on the Status tab..
3. Refer to the following to assess the validity and total NAT translation configurations available
to the switch.
4. Click on the Export button to export the contents of the table to a Comma Separated Values
file (CSV).
Inside-Global
Displays the internal global pool of addresses (allocated out of the switch’s private
address space but relevant to the outside) you are trying to prevent from being
exposed to the outside world.
Inside-Local
Displays the internal local pool of addresses (addresses internal to the switch) you
are trying to prevent from being exposed to the outside world.
Outside-Global
The IP address of an outside host as it appears to the inside network.
Outside-Local
The configured IP address assigned to a host in the outside network.
