3.6.4 System Fault Operating Mode
System fault mode is entered if any of the following error conditions
occur:
¨ Self-test error.
¨ ADC data acquisition error.
¨ IR source error.
¨ Flash memory error.
Recovery from system fault mode requires a power-down/power-on
reset, and may call for product service.
