6 Error monitoring and error messages

According to the cause, frequency inverters and technology units generate appropriate messages if they
deviate from their normal operating status.

6.1 EtherCAT error monitoring

In case of FI errors, SK TU3-ECT sends an error message on the EtherCAT bus via Emergency Message
(CoE). The message is structured as follows.
