When Recovery Manager for Oracle tries to execute the command createvlun, it has to make
sure there is no other identical operation going on to take the next available LUN away. This is
an exclusive operation. The lock file is in /etc/3par/solutions/lock/.vlun.
SOLUTION
Make sure there is no other createvlun process running. If the lock file is not cleaned up by
previous failed operation, manually remove it.
