SOLUTION
Check the alert log and Recovery Manager for Oracle log file for more details. Manually query
the cloned the database to see if there are any problems.

make sure it contains the correct entry (or entries)

for a NetBackup master server.

server.
REASON
This error happens when creating or checking a configuration file. The uid and gid of the Oracle
binary owner must be identical on both the database server and the backup system. Even if there
is an Oracle home parameter specified in the configuration file, the Oracle owner with the same
uid and gid must exist on the backup system.
SOLUTION
Check the uid and gid from both the database server and the backup system. Correct them if they
not identical.
