REASON
Trying to execute rmora_rmrep to remove the backup repository for a database configuration
failed as there one or more virtual copy repositories still exist.
SOLUTION
Run rmora_remove to remove the all of the virtual copies before running rmora_rmrep. Make
sure the virtual copies are no longer being used.
