Private/Stored Jobs Menu
This menu provides a list of the private, stored, quick copy, and
proof and hold jobs on the printer’s hard disk or RAM memory. The
user can print or delete these jobs from the control panel. For more
information, see page 59.
Note If there are no private, stored, quick copy, or proof and hold jobs on
the printer’s optional hard disk or RAM memory, this menu is not
displayed on the control panel.
Private/Stored Jobs Menu
Item Explanation
[JOBNAME] The name of the job stored on the printer’s hard disk or in RAM.
PIN:0000 To print a private job, the user must enter the Personal Identification
Number (PIN) assigned to the job in the driver.
COPIES=X The number of copies the user wants to print.
1-999: Prints the requested number of copies of the job.
DELETE: Deletes the job from the printer’s hard disk or RAM
memory.
